In addition to her experience and professionalism, she is resourceful, kind and level-headed and knows how to negotiate the best outcome for her clients. Colleen is absolutely fabulous to work with. She guided us through the process of getting the home ready, completing needed repairs and staging to help sell quickly. She is patient, kind, knowledgeable about the market, answers questions quickly via text, email or phone. Our home was quickly sold and with her negotiation skills, we received a fair price. Highly recommend and plan on using her services again next year in purchasing a smaller home.

We worked with Colleen 8 years when buying our home in Asheville. The experience was so good that when the time came for us to relocate out of the area, and had to sell our home, Colleen was our first choice. Both transactions were very smooth because of her hard work.Many times she has gone above and beyond what would normally be expected of real estate agent, and we appreciate everything.

Colleen was absolutely wonderful to work with as we sold and purchased a home! We couldn't have asked for a more kind, patient, organized, and knowledgeable professional to guide us through the home searching and buying process. Colleen responds quickly to any questions over phone, email, or text. Her knowledge in this field is priceless and evident in her ability to answer the "what's that" and the "how do we" and "what's next" questions. Colleen was excellent. As I am living outside the country she went above and beyond to help me through the process of buying a new home. She was very responsive to my requests and was excellent in her communication with the builder. She also assisted me with a few last minute issues with financing to make sure everything was closed on time. I would highly recommend Colleen and will definately use her again in the future.

My husband and I worked with Colleen Snyder on both the buying and selling end of the real estate process. As a buyer’s agent, she was patient, professional and wary on our behalf as she guided us through the process. Once we found “the one,” she helped us negotiate our best price and terms with ease. While she celebrated with us on the victories in the process, she was always constant, never too talkative and wise in her judgment. On the selling side, she assisted us in procuring the “highest and best” price for our home and helped us navigate the bidding war that came with selling a Bent Creek property. We have moved for work more times than we care to remember, and Colleen is easily the best realtor we have used. She knows the Asheville area inside and out (I don't think we ever went on a street that she wasn't familiar with). She was always very quick to respond, and always made herself available to look at houses or do follow up that worked with our schedules.We started out looking at houses in a number of areas. Colleen continually brought potential houses to our attention and gladly took us to any we had the slightest interest in.We ultimately bought a house that was in the process of being remodeled when we found it, and that brought many challenges that we have not dealt with in the past. Colleen continually looked out for our best interests and stayed on top of the builder and realtor throughout to ensure our needs were met.Even after closing, there have been a couple of issues with the house that we needed help with. She could have easily (and rightfully) distanced herself from the situation, but she has continued to help make sure we are completely taken care of.We would absolutely recommend Colleen to anyone looking to buy or sell in the area. You will not regret it!

Colleen is AWESOME! She is very friendly, and she will spend all the time you need meeting with you or talking to you on the phone. She made me feel very comfortable during the entire process and went above and beyond with her side of things and even helped me with situations that didn't even involve the house I was buying. She knew I was new to the area and helped me out in any way that she could. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!
